Florence: "Tavola Latina", the proiect, returns in May cultural-gastronomic linked to South American cuisine. The third edition of the event that brings together will be on stage from Monday 27th to Thursday 30th dinners, starred talk shows and tastings, with a special focus on spices and spiciness. The day ends on a high note with the starred dinner prepared by the Argentine Chef Paulo Airaudo (Luca's Restaurant. inside of the La Gemma Hotel) accompanied by the classic method of Zafferano Spirits.
